President, Hagadone Marine Group
As head of the largest on-water dealership in the Inland Northwest, Craig oversees seven separate entities offering comprehensive marine services on Lake Coeur d’Alene. He learned his work ethic early at age 10 in his family’s businesses in Baltimore, Maryland. He served in the United States Navy Reserve for 6 years as a Petty Officer, Third Class Storekeeper at the Norfolk Naval Station, and is a graduate of RETS Technical Training Center in Baltimore, Maryland. Craig is the youngest of five brothers and sisters. “Because of that, I’ve always been a scrapper,” he says. “When you learn to hustle to grab a slice of pizza on the table before they’re gone, you have to work harder to get what you want.” He began his career as an HVAC engineer for Carrier, and next worked as head of engineering in charge of facilities and construction in the hospitality industry for Marriott, Red Lion, DoubleTree and The Coeur d’Alene Resort, before taking the helm of Hagadone Marine Group in 2004. Craig has climbed the Northwest’s highest mountains, including twice standing on the summit of Mt. Rainier. In 2011, he ran 10 marathons, each one in a different state. In 2012, he completed Ironman Coeur d’Alene with his wife Angie and son Cole cheering him on. “Craig walks the walk and talks the talk,” says Jerry Jaeger, president and co-founder of the Hagadone Hospitality Co. “His energy and leadership makes him an extremely valuable part of our company. Craig is hard working, loyal and a leader. He’s full of energy, a self-starter and totally committed to our company philosophy of creating happy customers.”

Carver/Marquis Brand Manager
With over 30 years of boat industry sales experience, Paul brings a high level of professionalism to our company. An avid boater his entire life, he’s on the Board of Trustees for the Northwest Marine Trade Association. Paul is an all-around great guy.
Married for 35 years, Scott was born and raised in the Spokane/Coeur d’Alene area. He has competed in motorcross (Pro level), short line water skiing and triathlons, riding a fixed-gear bike to work most days. Scott has never known a season without a boat his whole life, and believes boating is one of the greatest ways to build memories with family and friends. He loves helping people find that right boat to build their own memories, as well as golfing, snow skiing and traveling.

With 10 years experience in the marine industry, Bret is a leader in the Northwest boating scene. As a veteran member of Hagadone Marine Group, he delivers the highest levels of customer service and product knowledge to his customers.
Chris M. Craig
Sales, Malibu Brand Manager
As a former pro rider on the wakeboard circuit and actively involved in our industry for over 15 years, Chris has invaluable knowledge of all things boating. He’s been on the water all his life, and served as crew of a 230-foot private yacht. His deep experience and passion in the wakeboarding business is particularly helpful to Malibu customers.
Matt has been in the boating industry for over 10 years as a wakeboard and surf instructor. His passion for the boating lifestyle is unmatched as he loves to help and introduce people into this sport. Matt has extensive knowledge of boats and the sports they to do behind them. Matt was born and raised in North Idaho and is also an avid mountainbiker and snowboarder. On Matt’s time off you would most likely find him on the lake enjoying and sharing what he loves to do with his family, boating!
Director of Operations, Hagadone Marine Center
James has been a leader in the marine industry since 1993 as a service manager and business owner. In 2007, he accepted the opportunity to relocate to Coeur d’Alene and become the service manager for Hagadone Marine Center, where he excels at taking care of customers.
Business Finance & Moorage Manager
Laura has been with the corporation for 14 years and has spent 4 of those years at the Hagadone Marine Center. She helps our customers with their boating needs by assisting them with financing, extending warranties and moorage on the purchase of their dream boat. Laura enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with her family.
Marina Manager – Boardwalk Marina & Silver Beach Marina
Todd is the Marina Manager for both the Boardwalk Marina and the Silver Beach Marina. Originally from Santa Cruz, California and a resident of beautiful Coeur d’Alene Idaho for 18 years, he has been with the company since 2007. When he is not working, you can still find him on the water as he loves the lake lifestyle.
Amy has been a part of Hagadone Marine Group for thirteen years. She previously worked in corporate accounting in the Phoenix area, prior to relocating with her family to Coeur d’Alene 19 years ago. She is always willing to help customers with any billing questions, big or small.
Business Manager, Resort Boat Shop
Eric has been in and out of the boating industry for 25 years. He was previously a commercial fishing boat captain and tugboat captain until he relocated to Idaho in 1996. He likes to hunt, fish, rock climb, whitewater raft and snow ski.
Service Writer, Resort Boat Shop
Tom has been in the marine industry since 1982 and with the Hagadone Marine Group for 8 years. He is a Idaho native and has always had a passion to be around boats and on the water.
Wood Shop Manager, Master Craftsman
Jim is an accomplished, long-time builder who leads a team of wood boat craftsmen at The Resort Boat Shop to create the award-winningCoeur Custom line of boats and offer expert restoration to antique and classic boats. He has been building wood boats full time since 1991. He provides expertise in every phase of wood boat construction, from the creation and design of a project through the lofting, building, rigging and finish steps of the process. As a child, Jim very much enjoyed creating objects and shapes. He remembers drawing interesting curves using only straight lines, with a desire to make these pleasing to the eye. He has worked in high-end home building and mining, and attended Eastern Washington University in engineering. Prior to joining the marine industry, he found himself toying with electronics, mechanical and wood, and found that if he could take something apart, he could usually put it back together just fine. With a professional background in construction and engineering, he is always striving to accomplish better efficiency both in the building process and all technical aspects. He has always enjoyed boating and the water, whether he is test-driving one of his new wood boat creations, sailing, water skiing, or simply floating around.
Director of Operations, Lake Coeur d’Alene Cruises
Carl started as a cruise boat captain for Hagadone Marine Group, and has been with the company for nearly 25 years. In this position, he oversees all aspects of Lake Coeur d’Alene Cruises, including operations of the entire fleet of boats. He holds a U.S. Coast Guard Master’s License, and is a graduate of Lewis-Clark State College.
Sales Manager, Lake Coeur d’Alene Cruises
Born and raised in Coeur d’Alene, Kelly joined Hagadone Hospitality in 2006, and became sales manager for Lake Coeur d’Alene Cruises shortly thereafter. In that role, she helps her clients arrange charter boat cruises on Lake Coeur d’Alene for business meetings, weddings and receptions, family reunions and other special events. She is a graduate of the University of Montana-Missoula, and she and her husband Ryan have a young son.
John has been with Hagadone Hospitality since 2000, when he moved to Coeur d’Alene to work at the Resort. He worked in various positions there, including the last three years in Accounting before transitioning over to the Marine Center. When not at work he enjoys spending time with his family.
