The Season Never Ends!

Even though morning frost has started creeping around the lake, and the days have started to become shorter, it’s still time to keep thinking about next summer’s adventures, and keep your boat in mind. Even though it feels like light years away, the summer months will be upon us before you know it.

Now is the time to get an additional work done on your boat. You don’t want to be out of the summer season because you didn’t get your bugs worked out during the off-season.

We also encourage you to properly winterize your boat before putting it away for the winter.

Store your boat in a dry place, making sure that no heat causes moisture to collect on the boat. This could cause mold or mildew to grow, which can be costly in removal.

It is also important to make sure all fluids are removed from the boat’s engine. Any water should be pumped out before storing, incase temperatures drop below freezing. If fluids freeze in a pipe or line, the pipe could burst, causing costly repairs in the spring.

So take care of all the little details now, so you can make sure you’re on the lake when those first spring rays come to light!
