Craig Brosenne
General Manager
Craig heads the staff as the General Manager for Hagadone Marine. Craig hails from Maryland but has adopted Coeur d'Alene as home. Craig has assimilated the finest crew around to give every Hagadone Marine customer complete satisfaction.

With 25 years of boat industry sales experience, Paul brings a high level of professionalism to our company. An avid boater his entire life, Paul is also an all-around great guy.
James Barnhart
Service Manager
James has been a leader in the Marine industry since 1993. First as the service manager for Seattle Boat Company, then starting and running his own marine service company and drystack marina from 1998-2005. In September of 2007, James accepted the opportunity to relocate to Coeur d'Alene and become the service manager for Yacht Club Sales and Service.
Doreen Mack
Moorage/Storage Manager
With her winning personality and friendly customer service, she's always ready to help. Doreen was born and raised in the Coeur d'Alene area and has nearly 25 years of experience with the Hagadone Group. She enjoys organic gardening as well as running, biking and rowing.
Ashley Ross
Parts and Warranty, Yacht Club
With 5 years of marine industry experience, Ashley’s passion for boating and outdoor activities has led her into the position of Parts and Warranty Manager. She enjoys boating, fishing, four-wheeling and anything that has to do with being in the great outdoors.
Tony Parks
Boardwalk Marina Dock Master
Tony, a local guy, grew up in Post Falls, Idaho. Tony has worked on Lake Coeur d’Alene for over 11 years. He spent 7 years on the parasail boat and now makes certain it’s all smooth sailing at the Boardwalk Marina. Tony says, “It just doesn't get any better than this. Coeur d'Alene Lake in the summertime is as good as it gets.” We agree wholeheartedly.
Jim Spurr
Silver Beach Marina Dock Master
Jim is originally from Bridgewater, New Jersey, but he feels at home anywhere on or around the water. Jim enjoys working with his customers and feels that contributing in some small way to their best days of the week (on the water!) makes everything worthwhile.
Mike Lovstrom
Yacht Club Service Administrator
Mike has been a boater his entire life in the Puget Sound before moving to Coeur d'Alene. He has 10 years experience with high performance boats, and enjoys any opportunity to spend time on the water. His hobbies include boating, riding motorcycles and playing the piano.
Eric O'Brien
Business Manager, Resort Boat Shop
Eric has been in and out of the boating industry for 16 years, most recently with the Yacht Club Sales and Service Team. He has been a commercial fishing boat captain as well as a tug boat captain until he relocated to Idaho in 1996. He likes to hunt, fish, rock climb, white water raft and snow ski.
Rick Kaufman
Lead Technician
Rick has been with the Yacht Club for over 21 years. An extremely experienced marine mechanic for 22 years, he is certified in Mercruiser, Volvo and Crusader. He grew up in Ohio and spent 8 years in the Air Force as a jet mechanic.
Mike McLaughlin
New Boat Rigging and Delivery Specialist
Mike owned and operated Jextrix Marine from 1973 - 1982, building parts and customer fabricating for the Jet Boat industry. From 1982 to 2007, he was an independent custom fabricator and marine & automotive engineer for world class racing teams all over the United States. Retired from the road to work closer to home doing what he loves, working with boats here on Lake Coeur d'Alene.
